Introducing Dark Universe

Dark Universe will be one of five worlds part of the new Universal Epic Universe theme park opening in 2025 at Universal Orlando Resort.

Dark Universe blends the iconic stories of unearthly legends like Dracula, The Wolf Man, Frankenstein’s Monster, the Bride of Frankenstein, and more with a new generation of monsters and characters, including Dr. Victoria Frankenstein — the great-great-granddaughter of the infamous Henry Frankenstein who has continued his misguided experiments.

Universal unveiled details today for Dark Universe, following previous reveals for Celestial Park, How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk, and Super Nintendo World. The attractions for the one remaining world — The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic — are still unannounced.

Inspired by the catalogue of Universal Classic Monsters films, the narrative of Dark Universe will take place in a village called Darkmoor.

Das Stakehaus (Quick-Service Restaurant)

Darkmoor’s most ominous restaurant, this establishment is a dining hall run by vampire “familiars” who size up unsuspecting patrons to be part of the vampires’ feast.
