Epic Universe construction update: Water is flowing at Luna’s Court of the Moon in Celestial Park
Celestial Park, the hub of Universal Epic Universe, is now filled with water as the cascading waterfalls flow through the pools of the land.
TLC once told us to not go chasing waterfalls. They’ve obviously never seen Celestial Park.
Water is flowing! Fog is, fog-ing? Celestial Park is making good on its promise to “put the ‘park’ back in theme park.” Thanks to yet another successful and “Epic” flight above Epic Universe, opening May 22, 2025 in Orlando, Fla., @bioreconstruct on X has a new round of photos of the first world guests will step into when entering the brand new park.

Luna’s Court of the Moon
When guests first walk through the Chronos into Celestial Park, they’ll notice Luna, the embodiment of the moon. Water is now flowing in the cascading waterfalls beneath Luna!

The water flows throughout pools in Celestial Park. This surrounds walkways, planters, and will flow all the way to the Atlantic restaurant.

(Note: Though Universal initially referred to this plaza as “Luna Overlook,” a recent article in The Hollywood Reporter called it “Luna’s Court of the Moon.”)
Constellation Carousel
A marquee for Constellation Carousel now displays the attraction’s name! It’s unknown whether the “Carousel” lettering will be installed as well.

Meteor Astropub
More ornamentation has been installed around the exterior of Meteor Astropub, a dining location where guests will find cocktails and burgers.

Stardust Racers
Stardust Racers is now operational, with Universal team members experiencing the attraction during previews. This intense roller coaster has two side-by-side tracks, with plenty of encounters and near-misses with the other train.

Fog has started running in a near-miss portion of the ride. Seen below, both trains will race toward each other before turning away.

The Blue Dragon Pan-Asian Restaurant
While there’s no sign of the Blue Dragon statue (depicted in earlier concept art) outside of this sit-down dining establishment, a sign with the restaurant’s name has been installed beside the entrance. Crews also place upside-down umbrellas above the outdoor seating area.

We are just a little over two months away from Epic Universe’s grand opening! Which part of Celestial Park are you most looking forward to? Stay tuned to Attractions Magazine for everything Epic Universe and construction updates!
