Lizzie McGuire Loungefly mini-backpack, crossbody bag now available
The “Lizzie McGuire” Loungefly backpack and crossbody bag celebrate the beloved early 2000s Disney Channel series starring Hilary Duff.

Loungefly debuted a new “Lizzie McGuire” mini-backpack and Y2K crossbody bag, now available online. Both new products depict the cartoon “imaginary” version of Lizzie that serves as the character’s inner persona.
The merch drop follows the release of the sold-out “Lizzie McGuire” Crocs clogs last month.
The new Lizzie McGuire Loungefly mini-backpack is made of Vegan leather and is bright pink with purple accents. Animated Lizzie’s face smiles on the front of the bag, with a floral print background. The back of the bag declares one word: “Totally!” The straps are dotted with faux-leather flowers, the inside fabric features an all-over print of animated Lizzie, and the front zipper is accessorized with a keychain version of Lizzie’s early-2000s-era cell phone.
The “Lizzie McGuire” Loungefly Y2K crossbody bag sports a similar, but different, design as the mini-backpack. The crossbody bag is made of Vegan leather and is mostly decorated with all-over print illustrations of flowers, shopping bags, and Lizzie’s various accessories, all overlayed atop a light pink background. An attached coin purse is shaped like animated Lizzie’s head. The inside is lined with fabric depicting animated Lizzie in several poses.
“Lizzie McGuire” aired from 2001-2003 on Disney Channel, concluding with a movie from Walt Disney Pictures in theaters. The show starred Hilary Duff as Lizzie, a teenager with everyday happenstances just trying to make it through middle school. The series ushered in a new era of hit Disney Channel programming, with phenomenons such as “That’s So Raven,” “High School Musical,” and “Hannah Montana” following upon the ground broken by Lizzie.
A planned (and partially filmed) revival series for Disney+ was scrapped midway through production.
