The “Holiday Spirit Brass Band” is performing at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in a small-scale, Streetmosphere-style show for the Orlando park’s busy Christmas week. Our friends at MouseSteps.com captured video of the band performing with Max Goof in Animation Courtyard, much like how Disneyland bands often perform with roaming characters.

The Holiday Spirit Brass Band consists of musicians playing the trumpet, trombone, tuba, and drums, performing such holiday favorites as “Feliz Navidad,” “Winter Wonderland,” “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer,” and others.

The new Streetmosphere band is a limited-time offering, only performing at the park through Dec. 30, 2024, according to the My Disney Experience app. Showtimes are 2:30, 3:30, and 4:30 p.m.

Streetmosphere — atmospheric entertainment throughout a theme park’s streets — was once abundant at Hollywood Studios. The Holiday Spirit Band follows in the tradition of the long-running rock band Mulch, Sweat and Shears (which concluded its stint at the park in 2015) and the Citizens of Hollywood improv characters (an Opening Day act from 1989 that didn’t return after the park’s pandemic closures of 2020).
